Caps 031 :: An Affair to Remember

I've got several sets of caps to post, including two I just capped and two I found on my computer and realized I never posted. So here's An Affair to Remember, starring Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr.

I love this movie, despite the total sappiness, or more likely, because of it. It took me a while to get used to Cary Grant's odd accent and speech, but having watched a large number of his movies, I don't notice it any more.

I could do without the heartwarming bits with the children, but Nicky and Terry's relationship on the ship is great - Grant and Kerr have great chemistry and they're very funny together. Cary Grant is a great comedian, which really shows here - the comedy elevates the movie above the totally sentimental melodrama it might have been.

I hate to sound dense, but I clicked the link and I see a page with text and no links and no caps. What am I doing wrong?
The links should be in the green area up above the white area :) Says "caps icons awards etc index" in the serif font. Hopefully it's showing up right for you. It's a new layout, so I've only tested it on my own computer, in Firefox and IE...
I love this movie I am not taking the caps because i have already screencaped it but it's always nice to find someone who loves and screencaps the classics.Especially if we are talking about the classics I especially love.By the way, have you seen "Love Affair" 1939.It's pretty nice and has a great atmosphere. If you haven't seen it I strongly recommended although there isn't a restoration copy of this movie.Really sad, because Irene Dunne is pretty great but underestimated. She was considered for re-playing the part in "An affair to remember", too.
No, I haven't seen it yet, but it's on my Netflix queue. Thanks! Always nice to find another classic movie fan (and capper)!
