Caps 027 :: Mamma Mia!
I am seriously obsessed with this movie. I get like that. I got that way about Walk the Line, which I watched about 5 times the first week I saw it. Anyway, I've only seen this one 3 times, because that's all I can afford in the theater, but I finally gave in and downloaded it to keep myself from going into withdrawal.
So anyway, from the best illegal copy I can find, here are, like, a zillion caps. Seriously, this is more than Gone With The Wind. The quality is somewhat mixed, but generally not that great, being from a cam video. The beginning is actually quite good for a cam, but the latter half is pretty fuzzy. And unfortunately, the end credits, which totally rock, are very blurry, and the end credits "Dancing Queen" sequence has inexplicable German (or some Scandinavian language?) subtitles.
Still...if anyone else is as obsessed as I am, these might come in some use for icons or something. They're too pixelly for anything much bigger than that, but it's the best I could manage. I am on the lookout for a better quality download :) And the minute the DVD comes out, I'll have DVD caps! This is one I'll even pay full price for, rather than waiting till it's $9.99 at Blockbuster or Netflix. I'd even pay for a special edition of this one :)
--EDIT: Bad cam version caps have been taken down. I'll try to cap the DVD soon to replace them!

I wish the quality was better, but I'm seriously looking almost daily for a better version. I hope lots of people use them and make lovely icons for me to use :) I'm looking for Mamma Mia! icons, but there aren't too many.
The subtitles at the end look Norwegian, so weird.

I wish I could afford to see it 5 times...I managed three, with the excuse of taking different people to see it (my mom and then two aunts - no one my age seems interested!). I'm hoping it goes to the discount theater, but that'll be a while. That was my main reason for downloading it--to keep me from having withdrawal symptoms!
